Last-minute things to know

Parking and transportation

Free parking is available on the north side (corner of Hoyt and Park) of the parking lot outside. Once that fills up, there is paid parking on the street. The MAX lightrail also has a stop two blocks away at Union Station. If you feel like biking it, there's a row of bike racks out front to secure your ride.

Ticket purchasing

We are not set up to take cash payments on-site, but registration will be open both days and you can use your card to purchase full weekend or single day tickets through Eventbrite.

Food

Lunch is not provided, but we will be offering complementary coffee and light snacks. Since it's such hot weather, we recommend bringing your own water bottle so you can stay hydrated!

A/C

We do have A/C - beat the heat!

Wifi

Wifi is available but please be courteous and use as little as possible. Login info will be posted around the venue.

Bag check

We do have a bag check this year at the registration table.

Workshop prep

If you plan on participating in one of the Sunday workshops, check the workshop's description page to see what you need to do ahead of time to prepare.

Session evaluations

We will be offering prizes for session evaluations! http://www.devsignercon.com/eval After the conference, we'll gather all the session evaluations and randomly select a few to receive either a 1-month Drupalize.Me membership or a PHPStorm license.

T-shirts

If you registered before June 9 you will get a t-shirt in the size you requested. If you were one of the remaining first 50 registrants you will get your choice of size on a first-come-first-serve basis.

For volunteers and speakers: Our t-shirt vendor had a production problem which has delayed shipment of the special team member shirts by a week. So we'll have a pickup location, hand them out at a local meetup, or ship them to you as needed.
